Air New Zealand - Thanks
 

Hopefully this will be read by the right people as I can't get into the Air NZ forum.

I travelled Air NZ to and from Auckland over the holidays, and I want to thank the cabin crews, and everyone who works on the ground and behind the scenes. The service was great, all of the customer facing staff were helpful and responsive to questions, and the facilities and aircraft were excellent.

There may be better ways of passing it on, and if there is I would be welcome to hear them.

Maybe someone from those crews will be reading, maybe not, but posting here was one way that an SLF can show that they do appreciate the service they received in a public forum.

I travel ANZ from HKG to LHR and I have yet to fly with a more pleasant bunch of people. :D:ok:

It is a shame that they are stopping that route - I will have to re-assess the alternatives :(
