Thank You Easyjet Crew

Just a short, quick note to say "Thank you" to Cabin manager Marc & Kelly who looked after myself and my wife so well on 5 August LGW-ACE.
Both friendly, professional throughout, and made my wife (who is scared of flying) feel very comfortable.

Have written to EYZ to express my thanks/commend these two, but just in case head office doesnt pass the feedback down, I thought that I would post in here in case either are members.

Thank You.

Hey GroundedSLF,

Glad to hear you had a pleasant flight. You can give your feedback via easyJet | Spirit Awards - it will definitely get back to the crew members concerned and their managers :)

Thanks Rossym - doing that right now.

Hi. Thanks for your kind words about my colleagues. Rest assured that both compliments and complaints make their way back to the relevant crew members.

Thank you

I am sorry to be a bit late to thank some special ladies who looked after me so well. I am a deaf traveller with walking problems.I was very well looked after by CLAIRE on my flight 861 on the 14-11-13. London Gatwick to Inverness. She took the time to explain things clearly to me.:)
A very special thanks to two flight attendants on my flight from Bristol to Nice who made sure I was very comfortable on my flight and gave me wonderful assistance getting on and off the plane. My flight was 6113 on the 21-11-13 and their names were FAYE and CLARE. :D
I recommend easy jet to any disabled passengers.

My wife took ill on an Easyjet flight from Malaga to Newcastle. The cabin crew where brilliant, dismantling seats so that she could lay down and administering oxygen. The whole thing was handled with a calm, caring and proffessional attitude. When we left the aircraft at Newcastle we thanked the crew and took a note of their names. I subsequently wrote to Easyjet via their published customer service contact address to once again offer our thanks and mention the crew concerned by name. However, we where a bit disappointed not to receive any acknowledgement that our letter had even been received let alone that our comments passed on to the cabin crew.
Poor public ralations on Easyjet's part.

Mike,

Use the online form - I have personally used this and had confirmation that it does indeed get passed on. I also got a reply within a day or so to the email.

Probably a bit late now as our flight was over a year ago.
