Question about Oxygen masks Ryanair (infant)

Hi all,

A question from a friend. For example, the aircraft I fly has alternating 3 or 4 drop down pax oxy masks per row. We have to make sure people with infants without a seat have to be on a row with 4 masks for obvious reasons.

On Ryanair with 'free' seating, are there 4 masks per PSU or do the cabin crew need to be asked about this / move pax as required?

Many thanks! Tom.

I can't speak for Ryanair's fleet, but on all our 737 models (ranging from 400 to 800), we have 4 masks per PSU, which is also the standard at Boeing (for the 737) if I'm not mistaken.

I would suspect it's airline specific. Our (old-ish) 737-400's have 4 masks on the left side only and the A319's are the same but changing sides alternately. It may be different on the NG aircraft though. If, by some miracle from above, we ever get any of the new Boeings, I'll let you know... ;)

Don't hold your breath Jet! Could be Embraers or ExBMI Busses. Thompson will be operating the Plastic Pig at LGW long before BA! ;)
