Can not pax straight back - who then crews it.

I hope you are right inandout. Looking at the CSP a pax sector isn't counted as duty so they could roster a crew to pax up then swap over with the operating crew who would then pax back.

Didn't VB try this with their Darwins only to discover it didn't work? Why would they think a longer sector would suddenly make it viable. Might work if you were able to spend your entire paxing sector occupying crew rest and sleeping without interruption. But then where do the operating crew take their rest?

Looks like they are pulling all stops out to ensure they don't pay much over the base. :}

Crew rest would not be mandatory on medium haul, so crew rest would be empty...
