Wondering if any of you are able to tell me who the In charge was on the YYZ MIA on the Monday 22nd Sept 08. She had an unusual name but would like to email a thanks to her or AA with her name on it.

Another thing you could do, just email to AA with your flight Number, sectors flawn and the date, then mention the in-charge, that'll do the same for her. Good luck.
