Qantas medicals and police clearance frm dubai
 

I have been invited to a qantas medical... anyone give me an idea on how many people make it through to this stage and don't get in??? also anyone here ever had to get a police clearance from dubai before whilst living in australia... any idea on how long it takes? Ive sent the paperwork away but wondering how long it takes to come back... thanks ... alota questions i know :P

It takes about 7 days to process.

Why do you need a dubai clearance...have you lived in dxb for a while or you going to be based in dxb?

It's faster if you just go to the police station and ask for a 'Good Conduct certificate'. That is what it is called here in Dubai. You can get it within one hour. By mail it can take upto 10 days.
I assume you are one of the EK Aussie crew who applied for V Australia? Good luck anyways!:ok:
