Which airlines have cleaners on turnarounds?
Obviously easyJet doesn't.
Just wondering, getting a bit tired of finding used nappies under the seat and emptying the loo bins with sanitary products stuck to the sides and trying to scrape up bits of Pringles from the carpets. |
first choice does. however, the CC have to do seat pockets (security reasons) so we do still come across the odd nappy, chewing gum, half eaten sweets etc.
BA do and we don't have to check the seat pockets....they are done for us! :p
Monarch also have cleaners but still have to do seat pockets.
i would imagine that all airlines except easyjet and ryanair have cleaners. And yes i agree i think i've picked up more than my fair share of sh**ty nappies!!!
I dont know how you guys do it at AIR NZ we dont do any cleaning at all except wipe down galley bench and inflight sickness but even then its usu rush pax to toilet ....
Yerp. Same goes here!
And unless someone is very ill, we are told not to touch sick bags and direct them to the toilet and offer wet cloths. We are FOOD HANDLERS as well as carers and safety officers. |
they have cleaners at thomsonfly...except for Bournemouth, Coventry and Doncaster bases since they're on a different contract to the traditional bases :-) but EVERYONE does seat pockets!! some do it with fluffy marigolds on! lol
xl have cleaners, but have to do seat pockets.... Silverjet you don't do a thing, just check them as part of security checks.
At Virgin we're off the aircraft seconds after the last pax - in fact, sometimes overtaking them on the jet way! :D So yes, we have cleaners too, we dont have to do seat pockets or anything yucky like that I'm pleased to say!
You are all so lucky! Well I'll be leaving easyJet soon so not long to go :)
