Just recieved an email from Zoom asking if i wanted to apply for anything other than main cabin crew, there is Grade A cabin crew £12,500 with 2+ years flying experience. Cabin Manager £18,500 4+ years wide bodied supervisor experience and trainers £18,500 with the relavent training expereince.
Anyone else had this email??

vodkaholic 21st Dec 2006 14:41

yep i got this today. i can't apply for anything other than main cabin crew though as much as i would like to he he because I don't have the experience. Seems very good money though for cabin managers!

aar4n5 22nd Dec 2006 11:10

me too i just fall short of the 2 years experience requried for Grade A crew so have go for main crew. Sounds like its gonna be a good set-up just wanna know what the routes are gonna be.

vodkaholic 22nd Dec 2006 12:06

some people have said florida, others have said new york. but they are going to be looking at doing more routes when its up and running. sure we'll find out soon!

EGKK-Boi 22nd Dec 2006 14:21

Yeah i got this email too today, i'm in the same boat, so its main crew for me too... mind you after going as the number 2 yesterday on a SH flight i think i'd tear my hair out as the 2 on a LH flight...

I really would like to know what destinations they plan to serve

zoom zoom

Does anyone know how they go about employing the crew manager, i.e lenth of service you have with previous airline all that?

vodkaholic 2nd Jan 2007 20:08

here is what is said about cabin manager in the email they sent out.

CABIN MANAGER
You must have four years flying experience, two of which as a senior role onboard a wide bodied aircraft would be preferable.

Salary £18,500 + 10% pension contribution

is crew manager different to cabin manager??

FlyJumbo 6th Jan 2007 11:08

Question???

Can anyone help? I have recently applied for cabin crew at Zoom, but have not received any confirmation e-mail saying that they have received my application. On their website, it now states that the applications are now closed, and I am now worried that they have not received my application. I sent it off at the end of december. I was wondering if anyone had any reply from them with a direct e-mail adress or a telephone number in the UK that I would be able to phone them and ask them.

Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks
FlyJumbo
