Virgin Blue (May 2006) Rejected
Jetstar (July 2006) Rejected EAAFA -- I won't be giving up. Definitely not. Though it's interesting you say that it's a lot to do with the interviewer being on the same wave length as you. I had an awesome lady w/ Virgin Blue who was so warm and genuinely interested in me, who put me through to the big interview where again I felt I 'meshed' really well with the guy conducting that one. But unfortunately didn't get through to the next stage which was the medical. Oh well. I think that next year when I'm eligible to reapply for them I might do much better. [read: success?] I wish we could know why we didn't get any further, would be SO much easier to get a job, haha. But that's the way it goes. My Jetstar interviewer was like a stone wall. No real interest, interrupted when I WAS answering properly.. and in the group activities you could so tell who she already wanted. I am unsure as to whether I'd try again with them. Anyways; I've still got a few more airlines to try until Virgin next year. |
