I'm going to assume that the day takes place at "Easyland" which is right at the airport. Could walk from your plane to Easyland in about 10 minutes easy!

Also, somewhat difficult building to miss. It's painted, you guessed it, bright orange.

It is an all day affair starting around 0830 finishing about 1800.
You will be told on the day if you are going further, If the answer is yes you will do a sim the next day.

Day starts with a psycometric test, formal introductions to other candidates. Then a technical exam followed by a group exercise, break for lunch. In the afternoon there is a lot of sitting around waiting for your ability test (card game spot the missing links) and interview. The only part you can prepare for is the technical test. See the Cathay interview book for some sample questions. Think they have a new paper in the works but the Cathay book will no doubt still point you in the right direction. Have a good look at the Easyjet web site, it gives you a feel for what they are looking for.

Interview is fairly standard brush up on swept wing theory, met & notam decodes. Few HR type questions, like descride a difficult situation and how did you deal with it? what was the outcome?

Hope this helps! A busy day but very friendly, good luck!

Hiya!

My names Hannah. I have just graduated yesterday as easyjet cabin crew after four weeks training! The interview day is not hard. They look for outgoing, friendly people, who are not afraid to talk to others and join in.

The day isn't too long. It starts with everyone introducing themselves, followed by a test on the information they post to you e.g. airport codes, bit of maths (easykiosk items) and 24 hour clock. It is not hard but read the info they send to you. Then you do a couple of group exercises before they make a selection as to who they want to come back in the afternoon for an interview. The interview is straight forward. Questions on examples of work - when did you do this - when did you do that etc.

All I can say is be yourself. The company is bright and orange for a reason! They love outgoing individuals, who can work as a team, can listen to what others have to say and who have a smile on their face!

Don't be nervous. You must relax and enjoy the day and you will be fine. Good luck and I may see you in the air sometime!

Hannah :ok:
