Working on 757s

I've just been fleeted to operate on the B757. used to flying the 73 and 76. Just wandering what people think of the 75 and if it is nice to work on - don't like the look of the aft galley!

From your username I'm guessing it's the good old Air Atlanta 757's you'll be operating for Excel? If so, yes, the aft galley IS a nightmare!

Also on two of the aircraft (ARI and ARD I think) there are hardly any stowages in the fwd so you have to walk all the way to the rear everytime you want something from the crew cannister! Saying that I worked on 75's @ Britannia for 3 years and their's are configured for optimum crew friendliness!

Hope this helps

HA MinimumRest. Crew friendliness?? What a joke huh?? Remember the wonderfull 1BC? (Always occupied on a 5hr 20 LXR!) And all that space you have in the front galley. You may have more stowages, but you certainly pay for it in the amount of work space you have!

Bring back our 200's that have gone to Excel.....they may be old, but they sure are crew friendly and easy to work on!:ok:
