VVIP Cabin Crew Salary

Would anyone be able to confirm salaries for professional experienced VVIP Flight Attendants London/Europe based?
We are undergoing pay reviews with our owners and I would like some figures to put forward for our flight attendants.

I understand some of the better private company’s have a starting salary around 45k with a rotation offered and this of course would increase based on time in the company, promotions and owner demands.

I believe Netjets and Global Jet flight attendants may earn around 50k-60k?

Its difficult to get any precise figures to put forward to our owners in a meeting so any help would be most appreciated.

Our flight attendants are very well trained and have been in the private industry for more than 10years.

Sadly, the European market is exceptionally variable. You do get the rare private jobs which pay £50-60k a year, but they tend to be the more long term jobs with same owner longevity.

I understand NetJets is more in the mid £30k's and GlobalJet in the £40k's. I also understand that GlobalJet do allow owners to mandate their own salaries, so maybe not a good one to peg against.

I know TAGs basic starting is £45k.

Sadly there are also countries like Austria and Germany, where FAs will be on €25k a year, but that is where their pay level for the market it.

I am happy to discuss further via PM if you wish.

That is what we are discussing... Or, do you mean what G5London's operation already pays their cabin crew?
