Flight attendant shoes

Hi guys, I'm doing a little research about female flight attendant shoes.
Would like to know what is the policy at your airline- can you wear the flat shoes any time you want or does your company make you wear high heels?
Thanks

Generally it's heels to and from the aircraft and when arriving for duty. Flats when onboard

Heel Height

Do airline companies have a standing protocol as to heel height? Anything higher than 2" is very uncomfortable for me.
