Question Annual Paid leave

Hello everybody,

currently we are talking about annual paid leave with our managment. They want to shorten it, we don't!

That's why I want to ask all of you how is situation in your country/airline. How many days you have and what kind of law does allow you to have those days and protects you.

I would highly appreciate if you post any link to find specific national document.

Thank you!!
Fingers crossed
