Air Canada, concession flights for staff

What is the time interval between joining the company and receiving the benefits of staff travel?

I am surprised by the lack of response to my simple and very straight forward question. It must be a State Secret, obviously!!

HI

OK, to clarify, are you looking to find out what the concessions are as an Air Canada employee? Are you looking at concesssions WITH Air Canada if you work for another airline? I'd say you'd have to check with your own staff travel dept. Airline concessions are sometimes a minefield, the agreements, terms and conditions etc vary so greatly from airline to airline.

Thank you, exmax and S-crew'd for your replies.
To elucidate, having completed their training , after what time interval would Air Canada cabin crew become eligible for concessionary (std) flights with their parent company?
Many thanks.

I read that Air Canada Jazz give concessions from the first day of crew employment. Might be different if its just Air Canada though
