I think you have to pay money to join, so you can't make any posts.

There is a full posting on ifly. They are still saying decision not made completley yet. Im a fsm and cant help wondering where the company are getting there information from as they are saying our passengers are telling them that the ifbt service isnt required anymore. On sites such as vflyer , our passengers are saying how gutted they will be if the ifbts go. What would then keep us unique ! Girls im gutted for you. On flights now we need to be getting lots of feedback about ifbt from our passenger, Afterall the company said they acted on our passengers comments regarding the amenity kit in J and look where that got them !!!

Irellevant to anyone who flies from Gatwick, Manchester or Glasgow as this service has never been available on these routes.
All those who wanted to take on the company in the strike ballot. Where did you think the money was going to come from to pay your increases?

Perhaps the union will be proactive as this has bearings for all crew not just IFBTS's. I would like to see specific rules regarding the re-introdcution of the service. I imagine the company will take it away, then on feedback from passengers (see vflyer) see they have screwed up (like they did with the crew rest on 300) and re-introduce them, though virgin being virgin will probably try and do it all on the cheap from a 3rd world country.
Right, what's next, less crew, one CSS less, 10p in the slot on the IFE per hour, wonder when we will start selling refreshments onboard instead of giving them away.
IFBT's we all feel for you and are very disappointed with the company.

Warkman,
When somebody posts such a cynical post on a thread where a little compassion wouldn't go amiss it is interesting to look back at that posters history.
From your previous threads:
I can only assume you feel threatened by women and that you are a banker with a small pen1s! But at least you have got a Virgin Gold card.
As an ex VS pilot I wish all the IFBTs the best of luck, I hope it works out for you.

Isn't more like; which floozie Flight Attendant he is taking home so it's her car? (if she can pass the written driving test that is)

Well,
A couple of times I have woken up the next morning next to some stewies that looked similar.

Echo the previous post.
Lots going on at v-flyer (www.v-flyer.com) on this; we'll do our best to show Virgin have got it seriously wrong!

I just want to echo that I am so sorry for all the IFBTs at the moment, must be such a daunting time, this horrible not knowing and hoping its some kind of mistake. That white uniform will be a real loss to Virgin, I had always hoped to get into UC one day to experience it myself!
I was fortunate enough to be a IFBT for a little while a few years back and it was fantastic fun (unfortunately it was not for me long term), I really enjoyed my job and took pride in my position, the crew were always lovely to me and made me feel included, I know they are being very supportive to them now which they desperately need.
Good luck guys - even though I don't fly Virgin now (the seats in the back are so cramped!), am always willing to stick my tenpenith in if it helps to SRB
