Oooh! Ooh! I forgot!

Don't worry a thing about food. You can find almost anything here, or I suppose...everything!

The crew here are fabulous. Only a few rotten apples but the rest are just fine. They do like to out together on layovers overseas, either to the beach for seafood, or even clubbing.

A friendly lot, is all I can say. And it is most definitely not lonely here.

Ok, I guess that's it.

Talking Thanks !!!

Thank you so much for all the information quilfaitbeau! I am flying out to Dubai on Thursday on EK018 from MAN. I worked for Gulf Air for two and a half years, so I know that it gets pretty damn hot out there:o

Thanks again,

Pam XXX

You are most welcome Pam747. Good to hear you will be joining us soon. Hope you will enjoy your stay here.

Enjoy your five weeks at the training school and don't forget to chill by the beach on weekends. It's really great!

Feel free to e-mail me if you need any help in any way. Take care and see you soon!

Oops! Don't seem to be able to email you QFB! Just another quick question on Emirates! How is ones salary paid in Dubai, is it paid in local currency into a local bank account? If so, do the company assist you in setting that up?

Sorry for the late response galleycreeper. I have been having trouble signing in.

Anyway, the company will give you a list of banks they recommend. and the rest is up to you. The basic for starters is about USD1,000. Your flight pay and basic pay will be included.

Dunno what else to say. Get back to me soon so I can answer any more of your queries.

Oh yea, forgot to tell you that the salary is paid in the local currency, which is the dirham.
