Question Qantas longhaul f/a's reject wage pause?

I read in the paper today that Qantas longhaul flight attendants have joined the AMU and the AMWU in rejecting the wage pause and incentive scheme. A spokesman from the FAAA said that the f/a's were seeking a pay increase. Does anyone have any information about this?

The FAAA and it's members have voted against the company's proposal for a wage freeze for the next 18 months. The pay increase is in line with the CPI index and QF F/A's are fighting to keep what they have in their award rather than barter it away with the company.
