Assessment Day

Hi Guys,
Ive just got an assessment day with Virgin soon and just wondering if someone could give me an overview of the day. they said I have to do group discussions......anyone got any examples of they had to do. Also have to do maths and verbal testing..........any advice on these, followed by an interview. Jst wondering if anyone can provide me with some sample questions that they are going to ask, Ive checked through the forum and spotted a few..

thanks

Congrats on getting interviews everyone!

ruthietwos: Of course the interviews are in the UK. We are a UK airline. if you really want the job you'll find a way, and do whatever it takes

pebbles: Good luck, study hard, it's just 6 weeks out of your life, so clear the diary, and get stuck in! Look forward to seeing you out on line

i'd apply anyway im sure they said that it was an ongoing thing at the min because of the new routes. at least if you apply then your application is there for them when there is an opening. no harm in it. good luck!

Hi Boyoneder
Virgin are recruiting at the moment, if you look in "careers" on their website you will see that they are looking for cabin crew, I think its an ongoing campaign. Good luck if you apply.

Don't worry I'm sure you'l get the interview, I've applied a few times and it always taken at least a week to hear back.

Hi there i'm a newbe around here so please forgive me if i have posted the question on the wrong thread.

I have passed my 1st part of the interviewing stage to become a customer service agent at heathrow. My assessment day is 10.05.07. Has anyone been through this assessment for checkin staff? The lady i had my telephone interview with told me what to expect etc.. but i would like to speak to someone who has actually done and lived to tell the tale .

thanks

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if Virgin (Atlantic) have stopped recruiting new cabin crew at the moment?

If so its a first for years!

I just looked at the website and I cant see a vacancy advertised anywhere!

Thanks!
