Hey loopeylisa,

The name "Virgin" is the brand, i.e Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Media, Virgin Cola, Virgin Megastores etc...

Hope this helps,

Hi Lisa

As EK has said the brand is Virgin. However I think they want to know what you think of virgin. They asked me a similar question, and I just explained what I thought of Virgin, such as innovative, fun etc. If you look on the website there are a lot of pointers you could use too!

If you need anything else let me know!

Ian

Hey Lisa,

I start training with them next Monday, 26th. Like bcf&gloves said, just do your homework and read over their website. Everything they are looking for is on there. Oh, and have some great examples of customer service experience too .

Hey guy's

Just wanted to say don't stress about the maths test is really is easy, all simple addition and subtraction. There are only 9 questions and you get 9 mins to complete the test! Trust me it really is easy!

Concorde House is really easy to find, if you get really lost to go to the South Terminal, head over to the Virgin check-in area, and you will see a sign saying Concorde House, go through the doors and down the stairs and Concorde House is in front of you. As you go into the building there is a coffee shop on your right, use the lifts just passed the coffee shop, think it's either the 2nd or 3rd floor!

Good luck I am sure you will be fine, keep us posted!

BCF

PS I think I'm experiencing the same feelings as you guys, as I start my training on the same day!

Hey Lisa!!!

Ahhh I'm well happy that your going as well, I'd love to hook up before
and if we can have a cuppa and get ourself chilled and ready to face anything!

Brilliant!

i'll mail you or mail me in a bit so we can swap details and chat a bit
thats a right bargain £26 for a room, i'll look into it, its not too much of a panic as I live in London but still... could save getting up at 5!

Enough!!!

Please think carefully before posting - this thread exists in order for you to share information about Virgin recruitment. It does not exist for any of the following:
  • Invitations to meet for drinks/tea/dinner etc.
  • Public posting of private messages
  • Posts telling each other that you have sent each other private messages
  • Posts telling everybody that you are nervous
  • Posts telling everybody that you are not nervous
  • Posts wishing each other good luck
  • Anything, in fact, that isn't directly related to Virgin recruitment
If you wish to burn up somebody else's bandwidth with what amounts to text message material, may we suggest www.cabincrew.com where they seem to encourage gushy and emotional stuff more than we do.

Many thanks

Hi Ian, congratulatiions on getting Virgin. Not sure if your the same Ian Im thinking of, but I do know of one starting on the 26th March with Virgin. Did you start the BA franchise on the 22/05/06? If so I was on your course.

Virgin flair

I am quiet new. I have applied almost 3 times and keep getting the same reply. In fact, I sent an email asking why my application was rejected. Still waiting for an answer. I think I did fairly alrite in the Virgin flair-Customer Service experience questions. This is eating my head up!!! Any suggestions for me
