Hey Guys,
What's the deal with Jet2? I was looking at their site recently and wondered what it's like there. How does the pay work out, rosters, lifestyle etc etc yawn yawn I know but if anyone could help that would be most splendid

They're losing a lot of experienced CC at the moment. Overworked (max duty hrs, min rest etc) seems to be the main complaint - even for the part time CC. Most seem to be leaving for other industries rather than other airlines. Not a good start to the summer season.

Sounds like your typical LCC then. Sad, but these guys use FTL's as targets rather than limits. All in the name if 'optimal utilisation' as I've heard before.
When will these guys learn, people vote with their feet when worked like dogs.
Is it really that bad there?
