Exchange rates where?
Hi all
Can anyone either tell me how many Dominican peso to the pound there are at the moment or could you provide a link to a site where i can find it out?
Iv tried the travelex website but as far as i can see it isnt on there.

have a browse round here and if still no luck then you'll probably have to contact travelex directly, maybe the rate is same as one of the other pesa's which is why the Dominican isn't shown?

Ah, this is right up my street (check my profile).
There are 48.10 DomRep pesos to the U.S. dollar. The SWIFT code is DOP. Bear in mind the rate I've given is an interbank rate, IE a quote between two banks 'dealing in size' as the saying goes. The tourist rate will be lower.
Edited to say that if you multiply my rate by 1.8 or so, you'll get the sterling rate. IE around 86 pesos to the pound. As this is an interbank rate I guess the tourist rate will be around 80, perhaps a bit less.
