Ethiad Airlines Accomodations

Has anyone lived in the accomodations provided to the Crew of Ethiad Airlines? Shared Accomodations. What are they like. Do they have their own bathroom? Kitchen?

I stayed in Al Fardan building last year not great by any standard but cresent buildings are amazing.
