which organisations in the world train people under 21 for cabin crew

Hello everyone,

Just for knowledge I'm asking, do you guys have any idea about places and/or airlines that train and/or hire people under 21 (people like 18 years old etc)

If you do know about this...please do let me know

Yes but you must be australian citizen or permanent residency.
