Flight Attendant School

This is kind of out of trend topic but I just finished watching the reality show, Flight Attendant School.
Is the training this hard? I mean training hard is okay but the rules like
if you make a mistake twice, you're out
if you are late whatever the circumstance is, you're out

Is it only in Frontier or maybe they just made it drama for TV?
