Any information about VivaMacau ?

Hi guys,
I'm going to have an interview with Vivamacau soon, would be greatful if anyone can share any information about this airline ? Have been searching but there's really not much information about them. Any idea on salary ? Training time and how hard it can be ? Anything will be highly appreciated.
