jetsetter19 14th Jul 2007 02:14

hi

Hi there...
I like to know if you are joining NAS for Netjets based in jeddah or Al-Khayala for Riyadh based.
Well I am joining the Riyadh based soon. Just awaiting for other crew member to finish with their visa so can start training in a team.
Anyway, ask anything... if i know i ll answer back.

mutt 14th Jul 2007 03:50

Or what about NAS AIR......

You have to be specific as to which part of that company you joined..

Nas Jets

HI,
Have got a job with Al Khayala in Riyadh have heard that they do not pay your salary on time. Would really appriciate any info you could give me with regards to the job as am still in two minds if I should take it. Thanks:ugh:

jetsetter19 14th Jul 2007 10:59

hi there...

me too... joining Al-Khayala soon. Yeah... i heard from a friend's friend that they are a very bad pay master. Myself, i am not sure about them at all. Well, to be honest... i really like the 35days on and 31days rotation. Thats the most attrative of all.

I ve been waiting long to start training... supposed to start training on 1st june. well, more than 2 months now not working and at home doing nothing. I managed to get my visa done only on mid june.(finally!) But now, they are telling me i just need to wait due to some others still on their final stage of processing their visa. As we need to start training in a group.
FYI, my interview with NAS was on March. Yeah few months back. i resigned and left on early may after a month notice.
so if you havent resign, my advice is... get everything together for the visa before resigning. this way, you still get paid from current company and so at least you wont be like me sitting at home and doing nothing except waiting to start training and working.

pink princess 14th Jul 2007 20:16

Hi

Think I will take your advice will start visa but will not resign till have a start date. Have a friend that works for them and she really likes it so thats good news. Anyway good luck with your training and if you find anything else out let me know. Thanks:ok:

Netjet

Hello
I'm hoping someone can clarrify a querie regarding NETJET and their conditions.

I've heard from some crew that Netjet based in Saudi have been known to reneg or fall short on their contract of 1 month on 1 month off and often are late in payments. (which are handled by NAS)

Is this correct? Has anyone had an experience with them or know of anyone who has gone through this?

I have put forward my interest with them but just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing.

Thanks for any help out there, Much appreciated!!

Hi!

NetJets is US based and has FAs for Falcon 2000s. NJI is also US based and flies GVs/G-550s and BBJs.

NetJets Europe is in Europe! They are getting a bunch of Falcon 7xs. I don't know what else they fly.

There is a NetJetsME, but I believe (not sure) that they are NOT NetJets, just one or more private charter companies that are contracted by NetJets to fly under their name.

Our best FA (we only have about 30) was just hired by NetJets US. They are VERY picky. I think it is a great job-I know the pilot jobs are great at NetJets.

Good Luck!

PS-My wife applied to be an FA at Air Canada (when she was about 20). She wore a size 6 tall dress, was 5' 10" tall, and weighed 135 lbs. Air Canada told her she weighed too much!!!

3) What kind of people do they look for?
Any other info is greatly appreciated.

hi everybody, currently working for ryanair almost 3 years.its timeto move on.so my question would be,do u think its even worth to apply for netjets after this company?thanx in advance.

redsnail 30th Aug 2007 13:11

For what NetJets Europe flies, see here. The fleets that have FAs start at the Hawker 4000. The taller folks have no problem on the Falcon and bigger but I can't recall the height of the cabin for the Hawker 4000. (It's not in service with us yet)

NetJets after Ryanair? Nothing's impossible but you might have to get another language or more importantly, prove you have VVIP skills and awareness.
If you've done silver service or catering previously then that will be viewed highly.

Hire men? Yes, they have done so in the past. No idea what the current policy is now. Obviously, a language or two never goes astray. French or Russian are particularly useful. You'll need to show that you can work independantly and work with the pilots.

Good luck.

Mid East Jet

Hi there,
Could anyone tell me any address, or e-mail where I could send my CV to apply for Flight Attendant at Mid East Jet (Saudi Royal Family)??????
Many Thanks

NJ me

NJ me is a NetJet franchise operated by NAS. NAS have just started a LLC, as well as increased the number of managed corporate aircraft.
The NEme staff contracts are not matched to the other operations contracts.
Yes, they have a reputation of ignoring the written contact, but the so do almost all operations in sandy bottom. From the lowest to the highest.
NJme is not a company I would sellect as to of my list, but then I have done my stint in sandyland.

netjets info

Hi all
I received a phone call from NJ a month ago, I had a phone interview but no news from them after that. They told me I was going to get an email from them regarding or not a future interview.

Anybody else in my situation?

Regards

NJME flight attendants 'on hold' pool

Hi all,
Just wondered if anyone else was in the same situation as me... Had an interview in Dubai in March for Netjets Middle East and ever since have been 'on hold' for when the mangement decide to take on more crew. I have contacted them a few times since for news, but can't find out anything...Curious to know if theres any more of us?

:\

whisky777 7th Sep 2007 11:30

Hi,

I spoke to them today as their website says they are not recruiting till september. I sent in a CV in august and wanted to see if there was any progress... The lady in recruitment said that they have received enough applications already without the need to recruit anymore, therefore anyone who applied previous to september would be in the system for the current recruitment and would be contacted by phone by the crew office, if they were wanted for interview. So, looks like things are moving, slowly! So hopefully you should hear soon, maybe they were waiting for the next batch of interviews... Good luck!

whisky777 7th Sep 2007 11:34

Anyone heard from Royal Jet?

Royal Jet have been recruiting for about 3 or 4 months now, has anyone heard anything or got an interview???

teresad 7th Sep 2007 11:34

Hi Whiskey and thanks for your quick response. Did the mention anything about the phone interviews? Have you lready had one?
maybe they already hired the people they need...and we have to wait another long year...

Thanks

whisky777 7th Sep 2007 16:24

Unfortunately, I haven't had a phone interview yet... From the conversation I had with them, it sounds like they are going to start phone interviews again shortly, to the crew they are interested in, that applied before september... Thats all I know - But its obviously popular as they had already received enough applications before the start of recruitment date ( she said the website had not been updated yet to reflect this). Of course the industry being what it is, anything could happen!
Good luck to all and fingers crossed x

flightlevelchange 7th Sep 2007 18:02

Whatzmyname

Have you tried Royal Jet in AUH, seems a good company, have a few friends there who live in dubai and commute up and down for flights

Good Luck

Eddy 9th Sep 2007 10:22

Seems a little unfair that Netjets are calling people who applied to them when the application process was actually closed. Those (not me, I'm not interested) who have sat waiting patiently for the application process to re-open are going to miss out.
