Waiting waiting!
Still haven't heard anything since medicals, my background check was submitted 27th dec so it's been over 4 weeks now, here's hoping!
I was told by a current Qf friend that he got 2 weeks notice before GS started. He is based in PER but GS was in Sydney. That doesn't mean it's all the same was just his experience I thought I would share. He wasn't working at the time either so he didn't need to put in notice.
Like I said was his experience doesn't mean it's the same for everyone

I'm from ADL and have applied for MEL base, gone through security and AOD ect just waiting for the golden call!
Have heard that they are working through calling the BNE base atm and will then move on in the next couple days to SYD and MEL

In the meantime, I'm trying to put it out of my mind. Which is near impossible! I can't wait to start a new life.

When you say you've 'heard' have you heard from someone who is in recruitment? I just hear so many people saying I've heard and it ends up not being right or its way off the mark etc! So many rumours I guess!

BNE QCCA
I got an email this week asking me to do the medical. I did the drug/alcohol yesterday and I'll do the remainder next week. Yeah!!! So excited!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Has anyone from Brisbane heard anything yet? I did my medical this week so hoping for that call soon! I wish they'd just put us out of our misory I just want that offer! Have heard ground school is on the 8th so fingers crossed to hear something soon!
