Does anyone know whether First Aid Certificate and RSA are required to have prior to Assessment Centres or how it works? Which Certificates would one require as these can vary state to state (RSA) Also I don't think the Senior First Aid Certificate even has that title anymore. All the best to everyone who has applied across the bases.

hey.
If you’ve been assigned an assignment day then I’d just wait to see what the outcome of that is before you get them.
Once you attain a certificate all of them are nationally recognised, so once you have the foundational skills it’s sometimes just a requirement to stay current/refresh. You’d still need to supply a criminal record. So your other achievements could be included with your receipt of purchase for record. 😊 good luck.

I received my contract for start 11/06 on the 26th April. They did say there was a backlog in issuing contracts though but maybe worth shooting them a quick email following up?

Hi yes I did the questions then the psychometric came up so went through and completed that but no video interview or anything after I emailed the company as I wasn't sure if my answers had come through to the external website they had done the questions through asking if they had received them and they said yes they had been submitted ( when I had finished questions there was no indication or email sent confirming I had my answers submitted )

I have a friend who also applied (also external, with 8 years EK First Class experience), and she just received her no email. Anyone from BNE got a yes for AD?

hey there, I’m an external applicant with FC experience and I also received a no email. I guess they couldn’t just reject our resume and had to offer the questionnaire. Maybe they are just not looking for experienced flight attendants .

Hi Kittykat, I'm also an internal BNE applicant. I haven't heard anything yet, since submitting the questionnaire., A QF International friend advised that they were currently working through transfer to BNE requests from current QF International crew, and once those positions were filled. they would look further at our applications. Bne is a very popular base.

Thanks will do. Fingers crossed everyone. Seems to be a huge intake. Not sure what they looking for. I speak 5 languages European and airline experience for over 20 years from customer service airport, reservations, pricing and sales executive.
