jennifermay.

I got offered the job at Ajwa too, but didnt take it ,the offer was really a pittance to move to Saudi Arabia.
Ajwa is a diverse company as they have various other divisions, they fly 319's. thats all i know as they dont have a website yet!
Dont realy know about NAS.

I have been to Saudi Arabia and all I can say is to have a really good look into the country and their culture before moving there.
I travelled there this year on holiday and was very uncomfortable there. I also went to Egypt, Iran and the UAE on the same trip, and even Iran, a strict muslim nation was relaxed in comparison & I would revisit that country.
It's a huge move from the western world & I certainly wouldn't be making it lightly

I know that Amiri in Abu Dhabi was looking for cc not to long ago!
I recently applied for Royal Jet and is waiting for their next recruitment interview.
But in the mean time I am joining Emirates in 3 weeks.

Jennifer!

I unfortunately do not have any information on that specific company. However, I am currently living here in Riyadh and working for a private owner on a 2 month on/1 month off rotation so I can offer you a little advice.

Dont listen to what people tell you about Saudi. It is really not as bad as everyone thinks. People here are very nice as long as you respect their culture. YOu will probably be living in a western compound as I am. We fly alot so we actually dont spend that much time in Saudi anyway but sometimes I actually look forward to coming back here to chill out by the pool, go to the gym and relax. There is really not much need to even leave the compound if you dont want to. My only worry would be that 5 months here could possibly be too long..but then it depends how much you are flying and whether you have husband or boyfriend at home you are going to miss...because you will miss them..it can get lonely here. YOu really need to be tough and not the type that gets homesick or lonely.

But saying that, if you do not have any prior VIP experience, I would go for it because even if the company is dodgy, you can start looking elsewhere once you get here. Once you are here you will realise how many private companys and private owners are over here and in the middle east. I am constantly meeting other flight attendants and pilots and they will always tell you if they have jobs going.

So I say get your foot in the door, get any experience you can and keep your eye out for other opportunities once your here.

Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Hope this helps!

i need contact details of ajwa please

could someone be kind enough to provide me information about ajwa aviation? Their contactable address and email. Is it a good company to work for? Any layoveror or just turnaround? What about living in Riyadh? Is accomodation provided? Is it the same as UAE? I don't mind to work 5 months in a row then break one month.
Would be very much appreciated to know all these. Thanks in advance

Ajwaa

[email protected]) I was offered employment via phone interview, 4 weeks on still waiting. Confusion by employer how visa applications works- so much hullaballooo, not even fuuny. You have 2 pay 185 pounds 4 ur visa-they reimburse later. Due to this confusion from employer and Eid holidays, four weeks l8r- not impressed as I left last job and now temping. Salary is 2,500 sterling a month, more when fly.

Ajwa Aviation

Hi Jennifer - I have sent you a pm but just in case you see this first, did you take the job, if so how is it? And if not what happened? I have an interview with them tomorrow in Dubai, and would appreciate any advice for the interview, although from your previous posts you seem to have been offered the position after a telephone interview??? Thanks for any help you can give me? Does anyone else know anything more about this company and/or its interview process?

first nas
they have a good schedual
except for the girls they moved them into a compound with a cerfu(11 pm)
because a few months back they fired 20 gils for prostitution
ajwaa ..you will be flying mostly for min of interior pax.going to tunisia and algeria..sometimes the tips are ok..but tooo many predetors
your best aproach get the job try it for a monthor two and decide if you want to come back on your next rotation

Nas

I just wanna clarify for anyone thinking of going to nas.....DONT !!!! They are treated like school children. The Compound is desolate, there is noone socialising, there is a woman running it similar to cell block H !!!! There IS a curfew of 2330 !!!! Was female only but they have now moved on some pilots, they DO NOT have a curfew !!!! Crew are NOT allowed male visitors. The salary is appalling. Ajwaa is a good option. 2months on, 1month off. VVIP only, will get some good trips. Saudi isnt all that bad, as one of the people said 'respect their culture', and you will not have any problems.

private flying middle east

Can someone please shed some light on Private flying middle east. I have 15 yrs commercial aviation experience with 7yrs First Class and 5yrs Purser. I am desperate to get into private flying in the middle east, to try a different kind of flying. I am immaculate and very professional but I am 35yrs old. Would my age be the reason why I can't get my foot in the door??? Or is it such a closed industry??? Help please

nasair

Hi I would like to ask how you were able to apply to nasair. Was it online? Do they accept applications from someone who has a cousin who already works there as cabin crew also? Thanks.
