Glad to see the Green has reopened after a major resurfacing of the runways etc - on my list for a visit soon...........

As of Feb 21st it would appear that it's only 16/34 that's been reopened. PPR essential.

Yes, but not on the Cross runway, nor in daylight.

So they'll still set fire to the other runways and taxiways?
One Farnborough Airshow we had a group of Vampires and Venoms performing. I discussed it with the Airport Director (a retired Air Cdre who had himself flown Vampires) and we agreed on parts where the Vampires could hold on concrete but still my controllers couldn't comprehend it was imperative thus we got holes burnt all over the main apron and numerous grass burns where they started up.
