Lear 45 - Berlin based?

Hello,
there was a recent advert for pilots/captains on both the climbto350.com (http://www.climbto350.com/job_search.cfm?jobID=3862)
and Flightglobal websites for a German reg Lear45 based in Berlin/Germany. Does anyone have anymore info about this one? ... any input would be much appreciated.
