Guys, guyesses, how is the best way to obtain entry into a biz jet right hand seat ?

Or is this field closely avail to the very experienced.

Sweep hangars,wash cars,empty toilets,do things you normally wouldn't do to farm animals for three years with no pay! Thats what I did and now I drive a Lear. Not something I'd recommend but Its one way!
It always helps to know someone.
