Netjets

Anybody recently started at Netjets Europe got any feedback on how it really is?
Reality versus promises at interview etc....

I am just qualified with a frozen ATPL and my ultimate would be to fly biz jets. Do the operators require more or less experience than the Airlines and what are they like to work for. I have been in business for over ten years and feel comfortable around business people, and would like to continue this. Maybe you could offer some advice.

Netjets requires an ATP.....not frozen....which means you'll need at least 1500 hours TT (depending in which country you fly). I think most airlines have lower hiring standards. I heard in some countries small operators require less hours for a first officer.
