It's the managed arm of NetJets Europe. So it's run separately, there are some shared functions but not a lot.
You are hired onto one aircraft, the Owner decides ultimately if your face fits. You are generally in a team of 4 and the lead pilot allocates leave according to needs. The lead pilot has a much more managerial role than in NJE, where you're a pilot only.
You don't have a fixed roster like NJE. However, you're only working for one Owner. Pay is different than NJE as well. (I can't tell you what the figures are, I don't know).
The crews I have met and delivered CRM classes to seem to be a happy lot.
I have done a short secondment to EJME and I found it a fun and interesting experience. You are much more closer to the pax than in NJE.
