Any ideas of Terms & Conditions with these operators?

I have seen 1,700€/month for F/O and 2,500€/month for captain on Citation CJ... Not sure it is the norm though.

Hopefully not. But on the other side I have heard from a good source that one of the larger European low cost carriers pays 16.000 Euros per year (!) for a first officer on an A320 (with self funded type rating of course). Which means that the qouted pay on the CJ is actually better than airline. In what times are we living? I fully understand why some of my students went to the railways instead...

CJ pilots should get paid more for dealing with not having an APU!

If I were 30 again and in search of a job I might be tempted to apply. 7on/7off (followed by "5 days at home guranteed" in parentheses) means that you will proceed home on the first/last off day. Which effectively makes it 9on/5off if you live outside TGV range from Paris or Lyon.
But that is still a lot better than the 7on/3off rosters that other large companies in our business have to offer. The "health insurance and pension included" is pretty normal because every employee in France is entitled to that. Don't know why they mention it at all.
Unfortunately they don't tell us what salary they have in mind.

Why don't you ask AAA in Vienna? I'm sure their sales department would be happy to answer your question.
