Every aircraft is a unique operation at TAG so there are no standard answers to your questions.

As Down in front rightly says: no common contracts so from fair to great are available.

Main secondary question to ask is "how many aircrew did the owner have in the last 5 years" as this is the best indication if it is an interesting position on all fronts. :ok:

It seems to be a non type rated position… No details about the bond or salary…

Well to me that raises a bit of a flag as it possibly means other TAG pilots are not interested in it or that they have had trouble finding rated pilots for some reason.

As above - ask about the owner / pilot turnover / reason for this job coming up.

TAG operate a principle where each aircraft have a CAM (Client Aviation Manager) who is the lead captain and will be involved in the selection and will be the person who writes your roster etc.

I would want to know how many pilots there are (4+ is good, 3 means likely your time will not be your own and you could end up using leave frequently and 2 pilots is a massive red flag unless you have no personal life).

Correct, simplified presentation of the realties.

TAG are showing positions open on their website for crew.
However when you apply you get a note to say the end date was 2 months ago.
So are TAG recruiting or not?

FLEXJET 23rd Sep 2019 19:16

TAG is losing both aircraft for which jobs were advertised (CL350 and G6000). I doubt that they are recruiting at all.

The four seasons 757 is leaving soon so that’s a lot of management pilots that need to be absorbed onto other tails so don’t hold your breath for much/any recruitment for some time to come.
