Rosters > FlightLog
Hi everyone,
I am the developer of FlightLog (free logbook app). In order to develop and facilitate the import of planning to pre-fill his logbook, I am looking for users of SABRE / AIMS / BlueOne and other roster softwares, who would like to help me to finalize the automatic import. 1 / Is it possible to export its schedule in an electronic calendar (GoogleCal or iOS Cal) 2 / If YES: what is the precise format? (Title, note, etc.) If you are interested in providing any help for pilots community, you're welcome ! |
Maybe the Biz pilot corner is not really the right place to ask. Stable rosters are seldom and except a basic 16/14, 1/1, 17/13 there is nothing further planned and obviously no roster published with flights. Try the airliners, there might be big interest for a free logbook solution and rosters are (normally) published monthly.
I use a paid software(once in a lifetime pay, lets see how long that "lifetime" might be) for my electronic logbook which offers some good printing service(which is VERY important for an electronic logbook, look into that), so do many other airliners. Only low hour FO's(SO) are still using a "classic" paper logbook as they need to certify their PICUS hours(by signature of the captain) for their command. Good luck! |
Thanks for your answer, you're right. Maybe a moderator can move the topic in Flight Deck Forum ?
Paid once for lifetime is often turning into yearly subscription, it's fashionable these days. |
Ability to generate PDF and ability to capture signatures are also important. If the service is good, stable and there's also a printing service available I'd be willing to pay for a subscription. That's not the case with CrewLounge.

FlightLog does all that, and many more, and is FREE... You can give it a try and give your feedback, I would be happy to improve it. (Search "FlightLog" in Google Play or App Store)
Anyway I'll post a similar topic inn Flight Deck forum |
