Opportunities in Sweden
 

Hej hej! As my girl and I are relocating to Sweden in the near future, I was hoping to find some local knowledge on this board. I did some research through ch-aviation, but I reckon not all the operators are on there. More specifically the smaller ones. I have a military background and am a holder of both civilian fixed wing and rotary licenses (ME/IR). I am open to all opportunities, however, a smaller operator (e.g. biz jet, air ambulance, commuter etc.) where a pilot has some degree of freedom in the execution of the flight has my preference. (Nonetheless, beggars cannot be choosers). Is anyone able to give some considerations with opportunities in Sweden? Any - out of the box - recommendations? Much appreciated!

Not super familiar anymore but you could check with Jonair. Last I heard it was Piper Navajos and a King Air 200 I believe. Air taxi and public service routes. There is also Hummingbird Aviation Services with a varied fleet and services. Scandinavian AirAmbulance perhaps. That's all I got. No idea on how any of these get their crew, though I imagine it's mostly knowing the right people, as usual in smaller scale operations.
