You could try Aircraft Cost Calculator. We have used both in the past and you need to be aware that they offer a starting point for the calculation. Talk to operators and OEM's to get the fine detail correct.

haha I always tell people: take the information from the OEM, add 25% and you might be right :}

Plus 25% in cost, minus 10% in range..from OEM and you are good..if aircraft more than 10 years add another 20%

If aircraft more than 20 years old........

Praying is more recommended in this case...We operate 35 years old birds...They fly fine, however, parts and new regulation are becoming more expensive than the residual value..

You're mistaking what these types of products offer. Not your fault, as they don't often accurately portray themselves either.

C&dD and ACC provide a baseline for comparing one aircraft with another by trying to standardise the data. They really don't give you an accurate assessment of what your operational costs are going to be. What they do is show what the differences and nature of the differences are likely to be on a selection between different aircraft. To accurately then convert that data to a realistic prediction of your own costs would need a detailed review of the baseline assumptions used by the specific model and then appropriate adjustments to that data, but at least you'd have a framework to do such work.
