Anyone know what happened to the G200at UUEE minus its gear 2 days ago?

There is film footage of it sliding off the runway doing a 180 as it does so. Reason not given but looking at the weather it may have been more slippery than predicted.

Oops, there have been several incidents at UUEE this winter. Do they have an issue with clearing the runways of ice and snow?
