C510 numbers

I have a PDF version of the flight manual revision 7, yet I cannot find any Fuel table in it.
The biggest aircraft I've flown so far is a Seneca, so I have no idea whether it's normal and that fuel numbers are in another document, or if my PDF file is only an abridged edition.
Where can I find fuel consumption numbers fors the Cessna Mustang? Is there a piece of software available?

If it is like other Citations, the cruise, fuel flow, range data is in the Operators Manual. Flight Manual only contains FAA approved data such as takeoff.

Have you tried Rocket Route ?

As wrmiles has suggested, all the fuel burn data is in the Operators Manual...

For the Citation Mustang, Cessna has published a Flight Planning Guide that Answers all your questions. Just beware that no flight is as ideal as the FPG as ATC might delay your climb or give you an early descent. The Mustang is fuel hungry at the lower levels and performs best in the FL330-370 range.
