If you check out RocketRoute MarketPlace it should list handlers and suppliers at the location and give you a good idea of what is available

Last time we were there, we sourced catering through the crew hotel. Supplemented by amazing fresh fruit picked up in the local fresh food markets. Put the crew in a decent hotel and the problem takes care of itself!
