Russia World Cup - entering on a Fan ID

Dear fellow Ppruners, has anyone yet operated to Russia as a crew member and entered using a FanID instead of a visa ?

Edit to post: We have discovered that yes you can enter Russia on a FanID as an operating crew member. Thanks for all who looked in !

Hi Skybeagle
I was in Kaliningrad (UMKK) last Friday. Entering Russia as a crew member on a Fan ID is not possible! Crew member require a visa.
