Current US situation

Hi guys,

Two questions: 1. Has anyone recently applied to get visa waiver approval for AOC operations to US? It was pretty easy some years ago, but I was told that presently, it can take a year! True?

2. What is presently required for AOC flights to US? Permission-wise? I have been flying privately for 6 years and that is rather easy, but for AOC holders?
