Air X - Aircraft impounded - 9H-BOO
Just received the news that a CL850 from Air X was impounded due to non payment in Birmingham. Has anyone more details?

hmmm, first post and it's this!? .....No replies until now, doesn't look like there is much to see here.
|
9H-BOO has been at Birmingham for a couple of days now, it was due to leave yesterday but didn't (although other aircraft on the Air X AOC have been and gone in the same period).

Thank you FC
AirX still seem to be actively recruiting for other fleets and ground personnel. @Solent, when there is smoke....
|
Understand what you mean and I am certain many operators out there want to see the back of them!!......Just concerned posts like this can unnerve suppliers and clients alike and would hate to see people out of a job.

It was the only aircraft that was being leased by AirX, now it is in the process of being bought by the company.

I have to say, I've never seen or even been on a private jet where the principle has scheduled to leave one day, and then changed his mind to leave a few days later.
If the aircraft didn't leave when it was first booked out to fly, it must mean it's been impounded. That, or the whole aircraft management company has gone into administration?! 😖 |

I believe he was being sarcastic;)

9H-BOO is still stuck at Birmingham with Marshalls, somebody is paying the hangarage fees though
