They closed the doors in the middle of the night and ran off with the money..

They owe money all over the world!!!

Not rumor, FACT, one of our companies is owed over 300k by them!

So a trail of mismanagement in the last few months results in the bancrupcy of Finesse and the AOC is put into suspension by the accountable manager with a view to resurrecting it at some point in the future? For the second time? If the AOC itself has inherent value, why is it permissible for that value to be outside the pot available to creditors?

If the CAA are reading this they need to look closely at what has gone on here because the accountable manager of Finesse appears to have set the very lowest standards of financial and company management and then failed to meet them. At the same time he has taken an awful lot of money out of the company to put himself and another crew member through an unnecessary TRI course. Ethics like that should preclude a pilot from holding a TRI..
