1st season in Oz. After some advice.

Does anyone have any information on what a person would need to become a Mixing / Loader for Ag Ops in Australia.

I have spent the last 3 years as a Loader Driver in NZ. So I have the relevant qualifications here (Class 4, DG, Fuel Handlers).

Is there an additional Chemical Endorsement required? Apart from converting my Heavy licences to the state I'm working in

I don't know but have you tried posting this in the Australia and New Zealand forums?
I think there are a few Ag pilots around but I am not sure how often they post here.

Hexnz,

Check out the four A's website -

Aerial Agricultural Association of Australia > Home

Converting your licenses over is easy.

Also, check the Fieldair website for job leads.

If you can zero in on a particular operator they will tell you what they want. With your background you should be what someone is looking for.

Good luck.
