Hangar8 to become GAMA PLC
 

It was announced today that Hangar8 ltd is going to merge with GAMA aviation and the whole lot to become GAMA Aviation PLC

I sense some changes happening within H8 in that case !

What changes? I have no idea what this merger means.

So is that good news for H8 or bad news for Gama? Or a bit of both?

Well I think they should open a base in Angola, that where the smart money is !!!

No, they are not, it is H8 doing the buying.

Gama are buying the shares that Hangar 8 are issuing to raise the money to buy Gama. Therefore at some point after the snake has swallowed its own tail, Gama are doing the buying.

I know GAMA have engineering bases at both Fairoaks and Farnborough, so where are Hangar8 based?

Despite all of the hype from H8 the Chairman of GAMA Aviation PLC will be Marwan Khalek and DD will be CEO of H8.
