Ferry flight on Expired PIC/IR certificate ?!?!

I was just asked to ferry a Hawker800 as co-plilot, transatlantic to Europe this week, where I am based .
I hold a current JAR ATPL and 1st class medical, but my PIC and IR rating for the Hawker125 lapsed 40 days ago. Hawker has min requirement of two crew , nothing specific on the second pilot min requirements...
Can I accept to do this flight as co-pilot (total of 13500hrs, 1200 on type..800 as PIC, and 4 transatlantic ferries, ...last flight on Hawker800 was exactly 1 year ago)
Any thoughts appreciated :)

You should be current.

What register is the aircraft on?

I don't see how you can if you have a JAA licence and the type rating is expired. It's a multi crew aircraft therefore requires the requisite crew.

Out of interest what makes you think you can do it, maybe I'm missing something.

You are not current...you cannot do it under EASA.

If you were FAA, and met the 90 day currency I believe you could fly as SIC with a rating that was not current.

Deefer Dog is correct

OK if aircraft is N and you have FAA licence, but not OK if aircraft is EASA or you have EASA licence.
